- Prioritize conflicting tasks and responsibilities

- Create a network diagram to track project process

- Evaluate project process using performance as criteria

- Establish an organizational approach to project management and set standards

- Fix or bypass project roadblocks

- Develop realistic project plans using modest but effective PM techniques and tools such as GANTT, PERT, Critical Path Analysis, etc.

- Understand the interrelationship of different strategies in successful project management

D. Evaluate lessons learned and leverage results/expectations
